I purchased this necklace for my mother-in-law for christmas and she seemed to really like it. I don't think the necklace looks cheap like the price but the box is kind of cheesy...

VERY DISAPOINTED (2009-01-27)
I am Nat's mom. She ordered this product for ME with an Amazon gift card GIVEN TO HER for Christmas. That was going to be her Christmas gift to me. It never arrived. I helped her track it, and the response was that the USPS showed it was delivered and that we should check with our neighbors, and if they didn't have it then we had to file a claim with the USPS.
VERY, VERY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My daughter is now out her money, and very sad she was not able to give me that Christmas prestent.
